A beautiful spot with ample potential, yet room for growth in guest experience is evident.

The City Of Dreams Mediterranean features elegant decor and spacious layouts, making it easy for seniors like me to navigate. The thoughtful seating areas invite relaxation, contributing to a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere throughout the resort.

I was deeply disappointed with my stay. The staff was unhelpful and seemed overwhelmed, leaving us feeling neglected. We were left waiting until late at night, which was incredibly frustrating and made for a miserable experience.

I absolutely loved my stay here, especially enjoying the stunning views from my Premier Mountain View King room and the delicious meals at the Aura restaurant. The spa was amazing with a soothing full body massage and relaxing sauna experience. Just a heads up, some amenities were closed during my visit which was a bit of a bummer, but it didn't ruin my experience overall! 😊

I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay with my family, where the Adventure Park was a highlight, offering thrilling ziplining and wall climbing that everyone loved. Our room was spacious and well-decorated, providing a comfortable retreat after a fun day at the pools and exploring the various activities available for kids. The dining experience at the Aura restaurant was top-notch, with an impressive array of gourmet options during brunch. However, I found the drink service at the bars to be a bit slow at times.

I had an amazing stay with my partner! The Asian restaurant exceeded our expectations, and the breakfast spread was fantastic. We also loved the kids' facilities!

The hotel is new, clean! We enjoyed the adventure park, even tho the water slides were for younger kids. Breakfast was amazing, especially those buttermilk pancakes.

Additionally, many advertised amenities appear to be closed, raising concerns about transparency, especially for those who booked specifically for those features. Frequent checks required to enter the dining areas feel excessive, and it could benefit guests greatly if this process were streamlined. For families with young kids, navigating through heavy doors and the casino layout could be cumbersome, making the experience slightly less enjoyable.
